Instructions
Mounting and suction cup maintenance: 1) Thoroughly clean your window, making sure the window is completely dry and free from residue. 2) Clean the suction cups with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. Dry suction cups completely. 3) Regularly clean your window and suction cups, monthly is recommended. HELPFUL HINT: Warm suction cups are easier to mount than cold. Try soaking the suction cups in hot water or leave them in the sun for a few minutes to help warm!; Remove the cover from the kitty sill. Machine wash cover only, separately. Mild detergents, no bleach. Cold water, gentle cycle. Air or line dry. Dry completely before reassembly.

The spot I would want to put this is above a window air conditioner. (It has the best view) Would the kitty be able to get up there? I feel like it is going to be wider than the air conditioner.

I bought this for our other cat and after a little coaxing he now enjoys it on his own. The problem now is that our other cat also has shown interest in it and even though she isn't able to get into it by herself, where the perch is positioned in the window, she does enjoy spending time in it if we pick her up and put her on it. Unfortunately, the cat we bought it for also wants to spend time in it when she is, so I guess I'll have to get another one that will be placed lower for her and his will be the one that is higher up. I just hope he doesn't take the lower one, or else she won't be able to get up to the higher one. Overall, great product, but I do agree about the sticker placement on the fuzzy side of the perch. They should have placed in on the underside where is has a canvas-like material.

This is the second window bed I have in my house. This one is better quality and a lot sturdier. The only complaint I have is the sticker that was in the bed itself

The only complaint I have is the sticker that was in the bed itself saying that the window must be clean in order for the suction cups to work. The sticker was really hard to get off and left a spot on the bed. I found it pretty unnecessary. That warning is already in the instructions. If you don’t see it there, that’s your problem.

Soaking the suction cups in hot water was a hassle. It would have been fine if it was only the two that didn't have the cords attached, but the suction cups with the cords was frustrating; especially with limited space to do the task and fending off a curious kitty.
Convenient but could be cozier
Took Raisin a few days after setup for him to feel comfortable enough to walk on it, but now he enjoys it. Because it is thin and has no sides, I added a bed/blanket

Because it is thin and has no sides, I added a bed/blanket that has bolsters on the window and long open sides. This has vastly improved his comfort. I note that the lounger also makes a crinkling sound when he walks on it (not a serious issue, but if you keep this in a room where someone sleeps, something to think about). Love that it folds up against the window so blinds can be pulled at night (as long as he's not sleeping in the lounger!). Easy setup. Holds well.

Very sturdy and easy to install
Someone had given me one before but it was plastic and because she likes to run and jump onto the bed it broke. Because this one has metal rods we won't have that

Sturdy and easy to set up!
My girl is 14 pounds and she’s been jumping on and off of this for a few weeks now with no issues. It’s very sturdy and I had no issues with getting it set up.
