Lavender essential oil is toxic to cats. How is it that this is not? Can the company or someone from Chewy explain this please?

This item is probably the worst thing that I've ever bought to be honest. You spray on the dogs there's a lavender scent which goes away almost immediately but what doesn't go away is the greasy look that you're freshly cleaned dog now has. How can I return this and get a refund. I literally never had something like this before it's disgusting. Better off lavender oils! My dogs wouldn't look so greasy and the smell would last much much longer because this smell doesn't last at all. Bad product

I do enjoy the smell and how easy it is to spray. Ingredients are great. Only reason for 3 stars is it leaves a tacky residue on my standard poodle puppies fur
