My dogs are feed via free feeding. I put approximately 2 cups of kibble in their bowl in the mornings and when they eat it, I refill it. They tend to graze on this food. I tried Kismet dog food to see if they would like it compared to their current dog food. When I opened the Kismet Salmon and Brown Rice, I noticed the aroma. It was fresh and distinct- smelled very much like fresh salmon. There were a lot of Freeze dried pieces mixed in with the Kibble. My dogs love the freeze dried pieces! I placed a cup of the Salmon Kismet in a bowl for each of my dogs. They were enthusiastic about the product and eat it right away which is very unusual. Normally they just graze. I repeated this the next day using the Kismet Chicken and Barley. This product also had a great aroma- smelled like fresh chicken. Again a lot of Freeze dried pieces. And, my dogs loved it. They eat this flavor with even more enthusiasm than the salmon. I think overall these products are premium, great aroma, lots of freeze dried pieces, and my dogs very much enjoyed the flavor.

I have a 21 lb Shihpoo who will be 5 yrs in a few months. Kobe loves his new food, Kismet chicken and barley . The little nuggets are a special treat and provide a nice little surprize for him. He's usually not into dry food much, but the Kismet food he has been devouring pretty quickly. I would recommend this food to others.there are no animal by productsand no corn or artificial flavors and preservatives either.

Ingredients 3-5 are rice and barley (both are cereal grains); my dog's poops were mushy after eating this food and this is probably why. I don't feed anything with

Ingredients 3-5 are rice and barley (both are cereal grains); my dog's poops were mushy after eating this food and this is probably why. I don't feed anything with grains, so they are not used to it. Other ingredients seem fine. They did like the food. I tried both the salmon and chicken flavors; gave away the salmon because I could not stand the smell... the dogs were happy with it, though. The freeze dried chicken and sweet potato are a great addition. I use them as treats.

They didn’t really understand the freeze dried pieces at first but once they realized it was like a little treat they seemed to become obsessed! My dogs seem to feel fuller longer and alert us right when it’s dinner time every night!

The second big plus is that all three of my dogs immediately chowed on it - usually they are a little bratty about their food and will take their time sniffing around it before finally tasting it. Must be good stuff for them to like it so much!

This food comes in a few flavors which is a nice choice. My poodle are super picky so did not immediately chow it down but they really did like freeze dried bits

The salmon formula was preferable to them too. Nice there are no byproducts all in all probably a fine food many would like it’s just my guys aren’t very into food in general!
