Not a great breakaway fubctionality
You really have to pull it get it to breakaway. I don’t think this would work well for a small cat.

it hurt my kitten badly
The clasp is wide and made of hard plastic. It somehow got stuck on my kitten’s face and hurt both sides of his cheek terribly. I regret putting this collar on him

Breakaway is a little too effective
This is a very cute and soft collar. It's also extremely easy for our kitten to take off. He took it off five times one day by opening the breakaway clip.

That is with the exception of one which is a little off it breaks away with every step, can't keep it on. Because the clasp is plastic it's impossible to adjust. I will be returning it for that reason only.
