The entire product feels like it was thought through carefully. The two compartments are great. The easy to remove food compartment - it’ll be so much easier to clean. Then, you have a button on the back for the roof release. That’s awesome. The perch is bigger than our old one and it’ll allow the birds more room to get their food. Then, there’s the camera. 4k and you can tell. I’m very interested in getting some footage put together and showing people what it's capable of doing. You have a spot for external storage and we could use anything to charge that USB battery in the back. So kiwibit knocked it out of the park with all of those. So, the app experience has to be bad - nope. It was easy. Everything I needed to do was easy to find. You even allow the option to remove the Kiwibit logo & timestamp. It’s little details like that. The app was snappy. My wife set up another account and I was sharing with her within minutes. After that I linked it to Alexa - and I could see the feeder right there!
