Our silky terrier has become more picky as he gets older. He also gets tired of the same thing. We end up giving him people food just to ensure he’s eating. After refusing a hot dog and some boiled chicken, we tried this food. He dove in and even liked the plate. We really couldn’t believe it AND his poops were totally fine. I’ll admit it-I dipped my finger in the gravy just to see. It’s not as salty as i thought it would be. You can see the whole chunks of vegetables easily. The meat is easy to cut and the chunks are a great size. Very happy with this product.

Kona has good ingredients so I had no problem feeding it to my dogs. My beagle, Daisy loves it. My French bulldog mix. Gizmo does not. I got the salmon recipe. The can was mostly liquid. There were some chunks but not many. Gizmo got sick from it but Daisy had no issues. I did not care for the half liquid can. I prefer to feed my babies with a more solid food. I will not use Kona again but I just don’t want to use 2 separate foods. I do not recommend Kona salmon recipe.

My puppy doesn’t get human treats, but I bet she thought this stew was human food! I might have to, if I wasn’t the one opening the can for her. The ingredients are great! It doesn’t “smell like dog food” and she gobbled it up as though I had been starving her (I haven’t). I’m gonna call it a win! Trust me, get this for your pup! They will love it!

It may just be the fact that my dog always just eats dry food. But she loves this stuff! I do have to admit, it doesn’t look very appetizing. But most dog food doesn’t. Each can has all the nutritional info you need for your pup as well as feeding instructions. My dog weighs about 45 lbs, so 4 1/2 cans of food does seem quite excessive to me. But perhaps that’s because it’s a stew rather than dense wet dog food.

I feed my 3 female Weimaraners their evening meal and add 1/3 can wet food to each. This canned wet food is very watery. The actual meat content is probably 2/3

I feed my 3 female Weimaraners their evening meal and add 1/3 can wet food to each. This canned wet food is very watery. The actual meat content is probably 2/3 of the can. I would prefer less water and more meat. The dogs seem to like the taste and it is easy to feed with a pull top and it will pour out of the can. The ingredients seem healthy.

I have a black lab that will eat anything and a Goldendoodle that is super picky and needs a starter food or topper. He absolutely loves Koha Pike Place stew. I was using it as a topper on his dry food but I am starting to give him a lot less dry food and more of the stew. It is the first time he comes when his dinner is ready and he eats it all! Very happy with the Koha products.

This was a special treat for my Beagle, who is so obsessed with all things food that she needs to be on a moderate calorie diet. But I do spoil her for fun, so this "surf & turf" as I call it was one of those times to let Clemmie let her hair down so to speak. Of course she gobbled it right up and was so happy afterwards. No bad side affects - all normal poops post-surf & turf meal. 5 Stars from Clemmie and her mom!

This brand offers quite a few different flavors. My Boxer has many food allergies so I must carefully read the ingredient list of any food. I chose the Beef & Salmon recipe. My dogs do not seem to be picky eaters and they inhaled the food. We have not noticed any digestive issues from this food. The food is in a sauce. It seems like there is more sauce than food, for the size of the can.
