Took a long time to get results back. The genetic trait part of the test is very limited, confusing, and does not provide very much information.

Takes forever

It took twice as long as they claim to get my results. When I contacted them, both times they were unprofessional about it. The second time they promised to send

It took twice as long as they claim to get my results. When I contacted them, both times they were unprofessional about it. The second time they promised to send a discount code for if I purchased their product again...which never came.

I purchased one of these test last fall for one of my dogs. I liked it so well I purchased 3 more for the rest of my dogs, When I went to use and register the tests

I purchased one of these test last fall for one of my dogs. I liked it so well I purchased 3 more for the rest of my dogs, When I went to use and register the tests it turns out you can only have 1 test per email!! So now I have to create 3 new emails just to use the tests. IF I had of known I would have bought a different type for crying out loud! Ridiculous as a breeder I don't want to have different emails for each dog I test!!

So I adopted my dog in february 2022 and i was wondering about his ancestors so I found this advanced kit that not only can give the breeds of your dog but also the illnesses they may develop, truly amazing, there's a huge list of illnesses but, lucky Barry, he is only a carrier and was negative to all the others ^^ In any case, really cool product!
