The concept is grasped. The execution is a little elusive.
I was very excited to find a poop bag dispenser and hand sanitizer all in one. The concept is great in theory but this misses the mark in actual use. I attached
I was very excited to find a poop bag dispenser and hand sanitizer all in one. The concept is great in theory but this misses the mark in actual use. I attached it to my dog's leash and on the first walk I used it, the hand sanitizer part fell off and my poop bags fell out. The second time, the entire thing somehow fell off the clip attaching it to leash.
I keep it tucked in my bag withthe dog’s treats and water bottle. It works just fine that way, but don’t count on it clipping to the leash.

Individual parts do not fit properly.
This echoes the general theme of the other poor reviews here. This is a great concept but poorly executed. The hand sanitizer cartridge does not stay in place and
This echoes the general theme of the other poor reviews here. This is a great concept but poorly executed. The hand sanitizer cartridge does not stay in place and connected to the bag dispenser. I have had this less than a week and I am already fed up with picking up the hand sanitizer cartridge from the ground, the bag roll that subsequently falls out, and then spooling the bag roll back in to fit the bag dispenser again.

Great in theory- cheap and short-lived in reality
The idea of this product is perfect and could be modified for great use. Unfortunately, the carabiner is cheap and poorly designed. Mine broken after about a month
The idea of this product is perfect and could be modified for great use. Unfortunately, the carabiner is cheap and poorly designed. Mine broken after about a month of walks. The plastic component holding the hand sanitizer also got loose over time and stopped staying in the general holster. I ultimately lost this during a walk bc it fell off (for the 100th time) and I didn't notice it go. Waste of money, which is a shame for such a good idea.

Pass on this one!
Seemed like a great concept, but poorly executed. Handle broke off after one week, the bags do not stay contained, and the sanitizer bottle does not stay in place!
Seemed like a great concept, but poorly executed. Handle broke off after one week, the bags do not stay contained, and the sanitizer bottle does not stay in place! I had high hopes for this as we enjoy traveling and would have liked the convenience...but no. Maybe we received a defective model? It just doesn't secure what it should. Disappointed.

Kong is my favorite brand!!! BUT....

Kong sanitizer + poop bag
As much as I wanted this product to work, it hasn’t... I’ve now purchased it on TWICE on separate occasions. The first time this product failed in the middle of
As much as I wanted this product to work, it hasn’t... I’ve now purchased it on TWICE on separate occasions. The first time this product failed in the middle of our walk. The black piece separated from the sanitizer part and sent the poop bags flying everywhere. They never fit back together quite properly again. I even tried to super glue the sanitizer part. I don’t recommend doing that because then you’ll never be able to use it again when you need to replace the poop bags. Next the poorly sized clip part broke off from the black part. That’s when I very hopefully ordered another one. History repeated, and I just want everyone to know that I do NOT recommend this product. Instead, you should buy the small travel hand sanitizers that have their own loop to attach to things like leashes or another reliable poop bag carrier.

I’m really disappointed because Kong typically makes great products. Unfortunately this is really poorly designed. The hand sanitizer part on the bottom pops off
I’m really disappointed because Kong typically makes great products. Unfortunately this is really poorly designed. The hand sanitizer part on the bottom pops off so you can load in the bags, but it doesn’t secure very well to the top when replaced, so it constantly comes apart. Especially with a new puppy that isn’t great on a leash. Any rigorous movement and it comes apart and all the bags go flying. I can’t recommend.
