Bags are too small and flimsy

It sucks. The bags are too small and flimsy. Every time you open a bag, the bottom rips through. You have to decide wether you want the hand sanitizer or the flashlight

Cheap For Kong & Light is Useless

Can’t get light to stay on, unless you have the piece held just perfectly. Very cheap plastic and not intuitive on how to turn on and off. Also, you get this package

Can’t get light to stay on, unless you have the piece held just perfectly. Very cheap plastic and not intuitive on how to turn on and off. Also, you get this package with a light and sanitizer; thinking you can use at the same time… wrong. You either attach the light OR the sanitizer to the bags; not both. Guess you won’t need to “clean your hands” during or after using the light… Don’t waste your money on this. Always regarded Kong products as being strong, durable and reliable. Not this one.

I'm honestly disappointed in this product. I purchased this with the understanding that it was a 3 in 1 kind of product where I would have poop bags, hand sanitizer,

I'm honestly disappointed in this product. I purchased this with the understanding that it was a 3 in 1 kind of product where I would have poop bags, hand sanitizer, and a flashlight all in one. It's more of a 2 in 1 product. You get the bag dispenser and you can only attach either the flashlight or the hand sanitizer at once. Wish I was able to use all 3 products at the same time. Also the flashlight component leaves a lot to be desired. My cell phone flashlight provides more light, and the flashlight was very sensitive and goes out if you hold it wrong.
