Item never arrived & was shipped three times all to wrong addresses

This was the worst efoerivne I’ve had at chewy. Their system reverted to my shipping address even though i inputted my mailing address, the same address my dog has

This was the worst efoerivne I’ve had at chewy. Their system reverted to my shipping address even though i inputted my mailing address, the same address my dog has been at and where our orders have been coming for two years, then to was a nightmare for Chewy to reroute it. Every time I speak to a new person they insist there is no more in my account but they are adding one. And now we are out of the country for an extended stay and trying to get the correct items to our dogs including toys and treats and paw wipes.

Not a match for our moderate chewer

Had high hopes for this toy as we like the KONG brand. However, it didn’t last more than one day before our dog was able to chew pieces off each end. We ended up

Had high hopes for this toy as we like the KONG brand. However, it didn’t last more than one day before our dog was able to chew pieces off each end. We ended up throwing it out after one chew session with it. The middle part of the bone seemed tougher, but once the ends started coming off, it wasn’t safe.

This toy was easily destroyed. It didn’t last an hour after receiving.

Kong is very expensive and is supposed to be made for aggressive chewers. This toy did not meet my expectations.

Hard bone
