My dog being a heavy chewer still ripped into it within one day. I bought it because I thought kong would make a more durable plush. I guess no plush can stand up to the likes of my Lyra girl...lol. I sew it up every other day and get about an hour of play until it's ripped open again. Super soft. Squeaker stopped working same day.
my little cavapoo is a major chewer but the Kong stuffed bears are super strong and entertaining.
My dog absolutely loves the Kong Snuzzle toys. Unfortunately, they're not durable even with the whole body squeaker. She had the squeaker ripped out within 5 minutes. For those 5 minutes though, it is her favorite toy.
My dogs are very tough in stuffed animal chew toys but refuse to play with toys they cannot ultimately destroy. This one they love and it’s on it’s third life having it’s feet sewn up by me twice. Has a larger squeaky bladder which makes lots of good noise and they still have not killed it.
My dog is the gentlest-chewing dog I've ever had; she destroys barely anything, so durability isn't usually an issue. She LOVES this koala. She sucks on its nose every night while falling asleep, so its face has gotten all distorted.
We have about 10 tough and fluffy squeaky stuffed animals for the Border Collie, and these all by the same brand seem to last forever. To try something new we got our collie this Kong Snuggles Koala, which he really liked, but the first run through the washer with all of the other stuffed animals, killed it. It contracted a bad case of pneumonia, won't dry out in the middle, and has stopped squeaking. We've left it out in the sun, put it in the dryer. Nothing is drying the inside out, or bringing it back to life. So sad.
I got this for my German Shepherd/American Staffordshire/Pit Bull mix for Christmas and its still all together. I am surprised, most of the stuffed toys she gets are destroyed in 15 min. She loves this koala, it's one of her favorites.
Our border collie LOVES the Kong squeeky stuffed toys in general, but this one has gone into whole new territory. She even leaps into bed with it in her mouth and sleeps with it, she loves it so much. The first day she had it (Christmas), it wound up soppy wet because she spent so much time racing around with it in her mouth and flipping it in the air and catching it. We don't know what it is about this toy -- its shape, its surface texture, or something else -- but it's clearly exceptional if you're a dog. :-)
Our Pittie girl picked this out of the chewy box as soon as it got delivered. 5 minutes late the poor koalas paw was a mauled mess. Sorry koala paw.
My lab loves this toy. The crinkle ears and the squeaker are engaging. The shape is flat if she wants to use it as a pillow. There is nothing sticking out from it that she can pull off and eat. Usually it only takes her 5 minutes to destroy a toy but this one is still in one piece after a month.
