Great carrier
This is a really convenient carrier. It's easy to place the cat inside and he seems to enjoy being in there, unlike in other traditional carriers. There is an option to wear it as a back-pack, but I use it as a roller-bag. The back pack straps can be tucked into the pocket behind it so they don't drag on the ground. The only slightly difficult part was putting it together after it arrived in the mail, but even that was okay. Just use a little extra force to get those rods into the ports behind the bag.
Solid bag
Have used the bag a few times since getting it a couple of weeks ago. Construction seems sturdy. Rolls well and the inside soft liner is of good quality. Like that it zippers open on sides and top. Shoulder straps are comfortable. Handle stays when you lock in the height. Only 2 small complaints - not enough to affect the overall score. Wish the top zipper went all the way down and not half way to make it easier to get dog in and wish there was a better way to tuck the backpack straps in from dragging on the ground when wheeling it. Overall excellent product for the price and gets the job done
Looks great but missing important pieces
Missing important base pieces, I haven't tried it yet but I'm concerned that the bottom won't be supported enough for travel. See pictures for gallery bottom of bag versus what I received without the cross support at the bottom of the carrier.
Great carrier!!
I have severe back problems and it doesn't take much to throw my back out. It was really getting hard to use the big bulky heavy plastic carriers. I decided to look for a soft carrier with a shoulder strap. But, when I saw this one, I knew this would be a game changer for me. I liked the fact that it's tall so the cats can sit up and also see out very well out of the front and sides. It was fairly easy to set up. I will admit the base plate was a little hard getting in, but I finally got it and it secures in place with a velcro flap. Then you open the velco flap on the front left, between the top and bottom zippered windows, slide in the support bar and you are set to go. I like that it has a removable fleece pad that covers the bottom and back. I also love that it has a big zippered pocket on both sides. While I was setting it up, I had all 5 cats checking it out. I got out the treats and I opened the top zippered part, dropped a few treats in and then put one of the cats in and zipped it shut. I repeated this will all 5 cats and nobody seemed to mind being in there and didn't panic like they do in the other carriers. Of course, that may change when they make a trip to the vet in it. LOL Right now I have the bottom section unzipped and I have caught several of them taking a nap in it. The cat in the photo is my big male Tigger. He weighs 14 pounds and as you can see, he still has plenty of room.
The perfect carrier
I needed a carrier just to get my Manchester terrier to the vet. I searched every website available but some were way to expensive & didn't look well made. My dog is reluctant in every way: getting a harness on, walking on a leash, getting into a carrier. So I needed a walk in type, see thru, right size to have him stand up & wheeled item I can lift into a small front seat of my car. The medium size would not have worked, this large size is perfect. Dog is happy to get inside it & stand on the fleece padding!

Love this carrier
Such a nice carrier, and my cats love it like a bed. I have it sitting in the closet open where they can access it, and someone is always in it. So it is cat approved.
Best carrier if you are old
Having had shoulder replacement, I cannot lift the normal critter carrier. This carrier answers the call for comfy, cozy and easy-breezy toting.The inside is soft and the whole carrier makes a happy landing for the critter inside if the road is bumpy.

Big enough for a pretty large cat like my Bombay. Rolls well and good material. I gave it a 4, one shorter than a five because I dint like it having too much mesh area. Otherwise is perfect.
Nice cat travel helper
Rolling backpack is exactly what we needed to bring the cat to vet and travel. So much easier than carrier having to hold on the side. He loved the ride and looking around. I wish it were just a bit bigger so he could move around or lay down a little. I like that It is made to fasten seatbelt to the back. I like it and the cat likes it. Thank you.
