Is this bed suitable and big enough for giant breeds like Great Danes?

disappointing

Disappointed in quality of the bed itself and the frame is very cheaply made. The metal frame had rust on it and clearly seen in the plastic that it was in. Wouldn’t purchase again.

Wonderful product

To start off, this is an amazing bed and I'm so happy to have found a bed frame similar to my own! It's very sturdy and the cover is removable. I only have it 4 stars for a couple reasons. I feel the foam could be thicker, it was easily remedied by placing an orthopedic dog mattress on top. My only other issue is that the bars have a tendency to slip out of their holders; pretty much any time she gets rough or when I move it. I fixed this problem by using some of the poster wall glue / tack stuff.

And another bed bites the dust.

Okay so 3 stars because this bed is super easy to put together and looks great, but it doesn't stay "put" and so first time my dogs (84.5 lb labradors) went to jump on and relax, the darn thing went sliding into the wall and that was enough of that. They haven't gone near it since. I'm not exactly sad about that because the idea of them scratching up the floors getting on/off isn't ideally my cup of tea. So beware for the larger dogs.. it isn't 'non-slip' and these little rubber feet just go flying. The pad itself isn't really that plush either, when I tried it out first to make sure it holds weight, I was sitting right on the bars but I had hoped maybe its because I'm clearly more than 84lbs haha Disappointed. Onto finding another bed.

KOPEKS- DOG BED

The mattress looks thicker in the picture. That is misleading. I noticed a lot of dog beds are advertised that way. I wish they would just make them the way they advertised. My older dogs do use the beds. I bought two. I put a big blanket on it so it is more comfortable.

Wonderful dog bed

Very nice bed. It is huge seriously - it would make great extra bed to keep around for children sleepovers. It is that big!

Light and loud

For the price I was expecting it to be heavier and sturdier. My 135 pound dog easily moves the bed whenever he jumps on or off. The padding is also VERY loud. It sounded like my dog was shaking a garbage bag every time he moved.

Great bed, my dogs love it. I have three dogs and they all fit on it easily.
