I'm not sure I've figured out how to properly use all the functions of this leash (instructions and videos are not super-helpful), but I'm extremely happy with its ability to fasten around my waist or cross body. I bought three and hold two dogs' leashes in my hands and one around my waist. Game-changer. Context: two big labs, one beagle mix.
