Kurgo RSG Polyester Reflective Dog Collar, Coastal Blue/Charcoal Gray, Large: 18 to 29-in neck, 1-in wide

I tend to love Kurgo products. Somehow they actually failed at producing a useful dog collar. First, it can be adjusted, but by moving the plastic clash from sewn pocket to sewn pocket. That's doesn't create a custom fit. Second, it has velcro in the inner collar and the little tab that keeps the "beer opener" flush with the collar. That is a no-go for a dog with any length of hair/fur. It becomes a mess and pulls on the dog. Third, because of the construction of the collar, it's almost 3/4 inch thick in some spots. This is uncomfortable for a small dog. Plus, it's a nightmare to keep dry or to have it dry out after it gets wet. Fourth, the "bottle opener" as a replacement for a d-ring. My dog doesn't drink beer. I needed a dog collar not a bottle opener. It would be awkward and uncomfortable to use it as a bottle opener anyway. Would you take the collar off? It also makes the tags sit funny. And the little piece of metal scratches. Fifth, the orange clip was broken, so I'm not sure what it would be used for. But again... something to add a bullet point in the features list but has no meaningful use on a dog collar. I bought this collar because I have a matching harness, leash, etc. But this was a complete waste of money. I called Chewy and oddly, they did nothing about it except say they will tell Kurgo. I still have useless collar. Today, they sent me an email asking me to review - so I did. Don't waste your money.
