The Zipper

First of all their item is posted as no assembly required. You definitely need to assemble the product and there are no instructions included. So I contacted Chewy

First of all their item is posted as no assembly required. You definitely need to assemble the product and there are no instructions included. So I contacted Chewy & they are so wonderful and sent me a video of a similar cat house that I watched, and learned from. Then came the final assembly apart. The zipper. Literally took me an hour and I gave up. Then I had a helper who is carpenter and it took him about 30 minutes to get the zipper connected. Hence, the three stars. It’s a new product and I understand that they need to obviously read the reviews. Please change it to say some assembly required. Also, we will see if my little feral kitties like it.

I want to return it.

very flimsy. The package was damaged and wrapped with tape. For the price I was disappointed.
