I won’t even go into the shipping hassle that took weeks. I received the dog house sent as a replacement for the one damaged during shipping the first time. It’s easy to see how it was damaged because this one wasn’t even in a box, just a bunch of cardboard cut and taped together and wrapped on the ends with thin plastic wrap. The wood is cheap, the stain is a joke. The window frames on the inside are held together with staples and unstained. The roofing shingles are also held in place with common staple. The roofing ridge is broken and the sealer on the joints is spotty at best. The piece they are calling the floor is slatted, not solid so if you’re using the for chickens the snakes and raccoons will be happy. Save yourself time and money and don’t buy this junk. I will say Chewy has been supportive while dealing with the shipping issues and I will be arranging for a return
