where are they made?

These grooming scissors are designed in the United States and manufactured in Pakistan.

Where are they measured from? Is the 6, 7, 8, or 9 inch measured from the length of the actual cutting blade or the overall size of the scissor from blade tip to end of handle?

Depending on the manufacturer, shears are measured from the tip of the tang (the finger rest) to the tip of the blades.

They are nice scissors for home grooming. I am not a professional groomer just a dog mom that likes to groom at home. It’s a bonding experience. Please note

They are nice scissors for home grooming. I am not a professional groomer just a dog mom that likes to groom at home. It’s a bonding experience. Please note the measurement includes the handle. This is my second pair as the first were too short. Lesson learned. I would buy again if these dull but for the price they are good enough for one dogs grooming needs.

The scissors function extremely well especially on a large coat dog like my OES

Jerry has a brute cut that mats, these scissors are absolutely necessary to break up those mats and preserve coat.
