Dogs with arthritic knees may kneed a little help getting around, and the Labra Left Leg Dog Knee Brace could be the solution — especially when surgery is not an option. A rigid hinged metal support system takes some of the pressure off your poor pooch’s aching left knee, easing her discomfort and enabling her to move in ways that would otherwise be too painful. Its sturdy neoprene fabric is flexible enough to allow maximum freedom of movement. So she can get back to the level of activity she needs to stay healthy.
Designed to stabilize an arthritic left knee to reduce pain and facilitate increased motility.
Supports the knee using a hinged metal support system.
Available in several sizes to suit small, medium or large dogs.
Made of high-quality 3-mm neoprene so it’s sturdy, supportive and flexible at the same time.
Easy to put on and take off, so it minimizes stress and frustration for both you and your furry friend.
Even with the separately purchased chest harness the brace does not stay in place when dog sits or moves around

Was a bit tricky at first because my dog is a large breed and has long hair. Was able to adjust and fit my dog perfectly. It did not seem to bother him and fit comfortably. The only reason I rated it 4 instead of 5 is because harnesses was not included, but you can use any type of harness and we happened to have one on hand.
Good quality but might have been uncomfortable

My 6 year old pitbull mix needed a knee brace as suggested by his vet to help him heal a tear that occurred in his leg. The quality of this product is amazing. The comfort level for my dog, not so much. It was easy to put on, they include step by step instructions. The brace itself did seem like it was slipping down his leg throughout the day. If you are looking for a product for an older dog who may have joint or leg issues while walking, I believe this would be a great product. As for a middle aged dog who needs a little help after surgery, or to heal a tear, this may not be the right product.
DOES NOT FIT

This item was too tricky to try to get it on my dog properly, and the sizing chart was not specific enough for me to pick the right size...or I am just not getting it on right. Multiple emails to Labra did not resolve and I am just out $150 because I bought a refurbished one. I wish I had looked and seen below that 83% of reviews are 1 star. Definitely don't recommend LABRA or this product.
Not enough instructions on the web site !!!!

The brace was great except the web site did not tell you the brace itself was not a complete package. You needed tp purchase the shoulder strap also. It did not come with it. Also it was not stated that the dog could not lay down with it on!!!!!!!
Straps too small

Concept is good, need heftier straps for better suspension. Shipping beyond expectations. Thanks good service.
Rolls her foot under can't wear

Sadie is 12 with extreme hip and knee dysplasia. She also has no muscle left in left hind leg. We sized right, and hooked to her harness. But when she walks in the brace, she rolls her foot under. This can't be used for her. We've tired several times and adjustments, and was hoping it could help her. But I can't allow her to keep rolling her foot/toes. I need to return brace.

I bought this from a private party but it doesn't work well at all. Slides down and over the butt off
Brace not made well
on Feb 23, 2021
The fit on the brace is not good, and the straps are terrible. We had to buy Velcro and sew it on to try to make it stick. The brace should have solid nylon straps with Velcro, on the brace as well as the straps. It’s basically impossible to stay in place. Very disappointing.
Not for walking aid at all

Product is too clumsy and heavy, it is a challenge to put it on the leg, the straps do not secure the brace, no matter how hard you tight the straps they are always loose. Also it doesn't work with my baby's harness.
