Great, comfortable product that has so many uses. I always wear them when walking Merry but also use them in my aerobic activities. I can even wrap it around a golf

Clever but not practical
Love the idea of wrap around exercise weights, but I have small wrists and I cannot bend them tight enough so they aren't sliding and being annoying. I use them
Love the idea of wrap around exercise weights, but I have small wrists and I cannot bend them tight enough so they aren't sliding and being annoying. I use them infrequently and I'll probably start using them as ankle weights.

These are a great way to sneak in a workout while I walk my dog. Let's face it I am walking my dog 3-5 times a day so why not burn some extra calories?! Really easy
