I have mixed feelings. I've bought these before and my dog loved them, but this time neither of my dogs would eat them. The treats seemed stale and they were pale

I have mixed feelings. I've bought these before and my dog loved them, but this time neither of my dogs would eat them. The treats seemed stale and they were pale. They were sealed so I don't know how they could be stale, but they were pale and hard. I ended up just throwing them out.

Say's they're "soft baked", but they're not soft

I have a senior dog with almost no teeth left, so he eats only soft treats. It was his birthday coming up and Chewy always gives a discount for doggy BD's, so I used it for some treats. I bought two bags of two different flavors because it says they are "soft baked", so I assumed they were soft treats. They're more like air-baked, crumbly treats. Not at all what I expected and will probably give them to our next door neighbor.
