Too thick and don’t stay up

I was unfortunately disappointed with these fly boots. They are very thick and not very breathable, I worry that if I left them on my horses legs would overheat

I was unfortunately disappointed with these fly boots. They are very thick and not very breathable, I worry that if I left them on my horses legs would overheat. Thickness wise they are somewhere better transport boots and fly boots, not good for a hot climate at all. On top of that, the sizing runs very large. I bought the full size for my 16.1 horse and they were way too big, you would need to size down. And on top of this, they won’t stay up. Wish I could’ve returned these but sadly they got a bit dirty as I tried them on. I do not recommend these fly boots. :(
