My cat loves to go camping with us, but hates being in a carrier for the ride there. With a little research, I found out that cats HATE to be confined in a small space (understandable since I feel the same way). We got this bed for her that securely seat belts in, along with additional straps to attach it to the headrests for extra security. We put a harness on her and clip her in and she happily rides while looking out the window. My only complaint is that the instructions are not very clear and are confusing and need to be read with a magnifying glass.

This bed did what I wanted it to do, provide Hazel a boost so she could look out the window easier (she has short legs) and give her a comfortable place to sleep
This bed did what I wanted it to do, provide Hazel a boost so she could look out the window easier (she has short legs) and give her a comfortable place to sleep in the car. My only real concern is that the only way it attaches to the seat are the thin straps that go over the head rests. In the event of an accident these could tear loose and since the leash is attached to the bed Hazel could fly off with the bed. I would have preferred a way to attach the bed to the seat belt. This is why I only gave it 4 stars. To better ensure Hazel's safety I use a leash holder that wraps around the seatbelt shoulder harness and seals with Velcro. If the bed goes flying Hazel will still be secured to the seat belt.

I’ve tried to wash it but no luck, the marks don’t budge and stand out because of the light fabric which I should not have chosen. I can’t get up right now to take a photo but I can send one when I’m able. Thank you for asking.

My little 12 lb Chihuahua mix gets car sick on long car rides and often ended in a mess to clean up. He also constantly wants to sit in my lap while driving. I had a 9 hour road trip coming up and I was driving alone and worried about how this would go. I purchased this car seat and it was a life saver. My dog crawled up in it and slept the most of the way, bonus didn't get car sick either! The strap was also helpful when he did get up and tried to move around. I felt so much safer and grateful for having this booster seat!

Also there is plenty of room for my dog to stretch out and relax. More importantly he seems very calm in it! It is advertised as "waterproof" judging by the fabric I have to safe I'm uncertain that it is (just my opinion).

Easy to put together and affix to my car’s backseat. I also really love that it is fully washable! Overall very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to other small pet owners.

I bought this for my new rescue pup and specifically for safety reasons for the leash. I was recently in traffic on the highway and my son threw up and I accidentally opened the window on the side of the dog and he leapt towards the window and the leash broke off the booster seat and he went flying into the highway. Luckily he's okay after a $1500 vet bill at the animal hospital but would not recommend if you want this for the leash/safety purpose. It does seem quite comfy though.

So I was looking for a comfortable seat that's wipeable for him to see out the window as well hoping he would feel better about ridding.
