Poor packaging for shipping

Ordered this and the first ones arrived completely cracked and broken. Chewy sent out a replacement, but the second ones arrived with a chip on one corner of one

Ordered this and the first ones arrived completely cracked and broken. Chewy sent out a replacement, but the second ones arrived with a chip on one corner of one of the mats. They're still usable but they really need to rethink how they ship these.

Meh

Good size tray, but they definitely slide around the floor. Food and water are caught underneath due to active eaters.
