Let's start with the packaging, which was super tight and left the bed in a weird shape. I even lay on it to see if I could stretch it better, but it remained with lumps in the middle. After just one day, I found the bed lining torn apart. I figured this happened when my dog was doing his little routine to go to sleep, as he does a bit of scratching and circles around until he finds his spot. He has always done that, and we never had an issue with previous beds. Not a good product.

I was skeptical when I first opened the package. The bolster was flat and lumpy. It said give it time to fill out, but I thought there was no way. Im used to the vacuum sealed foam beds, this was something different. Sure enough, it plumped up and my old girl (cat) LOVES this bed!!

Cover is not fully removable

I was surprised to find that the cover for this bed is not fully removable. You can only remove the center foam and not the foam that is in the bolsters. Super frustrating

I was surprised to find that the cover for this bed is not fully removable. You can only remove the center foam and not the foam that is in the bolsters. Super frustrating as I need to wash this bed frequently due to my senior dog’s incontinence. Besides this issue, I find the bed to be cheaply made. For the price, the quality didn’t surprise me but it is being advertised as having a removable cover and that’s only partly the case.

Patience with the unfolding

Now - she loves her new bed, but we had to wait! Straight out of the box, it was flat and uncozy. Apparently it takes 48 hours to fully relax and become "sleepable"

It’s a wonderful bed and so roomy. The fabric is great!

My dog won’t sleep in it. We tried toys treats and laying on but she just doesn’t take to it. We are adopting two rescue kittens next week - maybe they will like
