Does the little knobbies inside the bowl hurt their tongue? can i use it with some wet dog food as a treat and not just to feed regular meals or is it too big?

The nubs' no the bowl are blunt and not harmful. The bowl can be used as preferred, either as a treat or for a meal.

Best brand

I will only buy this brand of livk mats. Every other brand I try gets shredded in minutes. I've tried several different licki mat styles and they all work great

Durable!

This bowl seems pretty indestructible (although I don't allow my puppy to chew on it when he is done, but he tries!). I like that he gets sensory input while eating,

This bowl seems pretty indestructible (although I don't allow my puppy to chew on it when he is done, but he tries!). I like that he gets sensory input while eating, and I can mix soft food with kibble. I wouldn't say it really "wobbles" or is a challenge for my puppy to eat kibble out of his bowl, but it slows him down.

fun to use

My pup loves her toppl and this was a good way to keep her from gobbling her food. It's not the slowest feeder, but for an Aussie it worked going from 30 seconds

My pup loves her toppl and this was a good way to keep her from gobbling her food. It's not the slowest feeder, but for an Aussie it worked going from 30 seconds in a bowl to about 10-12 minutes in this depending on what I fill it with. I soaked her kibble and then mushed it to the side and added some broth and a frozen carrot.

I ordered one of these for each of our two dogs, to stretch out mealtime a little longer and make it more interesting. They get wet food (Honest Kitchen) so most of the dry food puzzle-feeders won't work. They've gotten faster but they're not scarfing the food down in 30 seconds like before, and I can tell they enjoy the licking. I've had them about six months now and there's no sign of dry-rot, and they clean up fine in the dishwasher.

This is larger than I expected, but our mini doxie can get to the bottom with no problems. I think the licking might help clean her tongue and it definitely slows

This is larger than I expected, but our mini doxie can get to the bottom with no problems. I think the licking might help clean her tongue and it definitely slows down her eating. I wish they made a smaller version (or else I did t see a smaller one), but the soft rubber could be cut.
