How long is the licks athlete recovery gel good after expiration date?

While this supplement may outlive its best buy dates, there is no guarantee for the efficacy of the active ingredients or the safety of taking the product. It is recommended to use this until its expiration date and to discard if the date has passed.

How much L- Carnitine is in this? My senior dog has a heart condition and requires a specific dose.

This supplement has 140 milligrams of L-Carnitine per pack. Due to your pet's diagnosed condition, we recommend consulting your veterinarian to ensure this would be a good fit for your pet's current treatment plan. Dietary and other healthcare changes should be made under the guidance of your vet, particularly when underlying health conditions exist.

will this product keep him from continuously licking his paws and people?

This supplement is a muscle recovery and endurance aid for hunting, competing and working dogs, as well as dogs recovering from surgery. For skin and allergies, we recommend the Licks SKIN & ALLERGY + Shiny Coat Pill-Free Dog Supplement.

How many useages is this product if there's only a 5 count?

The recommended dosages are: 1 packet for dogs weighing < 25lbs, 1-2 packets for dogs weighing 25 – 75lbs and 2-3 packets for dogs weighing > 75lbs.

Works well but SMELLS FISHY

My dog is my running partner. I use these on our long run days and when we run two days in a row. My pitbull love these and even my cats come running when I open

My dog is my running partner. I use these on our long run days and when we run two days in a row. My pitbull love these and even my cats come running when I open it. It’s a little hard to serve on the go - I would prefer something solid, but I make it work. My biggest complaint is the very strong fishy smell! He eats salmon kibble and uses salmon fish oil and neither smell as bad as these!
