Poor option for a pump

My pump arrived cracked. It also was really hard to twist the mob to get water to come out at all. We had to use pliers. None of my others were like that.

Poorly built

The tube that supports the fountain option does not fit tightly in the tube it slides into so the fountain feature cannot be raised. The four little rubber feet on it do not hang on to anything so it falls over easily, they also fall off easily. The pump itself works well. It's just not stable.
