Hello, what is the outside diameter? If the inside is 5/8 (16 mm), is the outside 22 mm?

Below standard

This hose is much too soft and pliable. It completely collapses with even the slightest curve or bend. Absolutely useless.

Nice tubing but not packed correctly

Tubing is great quality, but it was notched and kinked in two places. It still has a sharp line indent in one of the spots even after warming, so I may cut that

Tubing is great quality, but it was notched and kinked in two places. It still has a sharp line indent in one of the spots even after warming, so I may cut that part out. But I didn't plan to use the entire piece as one length so not a huge deal but in the future the packing should be done without kinking it.
