Great leash
I have a 6.5 morkie. I have had a black leash for over 7 years. Very easy attachment for quick on and off. Although it’s clip is plastic it is very durable and strong. I am amazed the plastic as not broken down or cracked. So lite weight. Just purchased an additional for the car.
Nice Idea, Clasp Too Small
I ordered two of these on sale with the aim of giving one to my 83-year-old grandmother for when she babysits my 4-lb puppy. The push-button for opening the clasp is a little more friendly for arthritic hands. The problem is, as others have mentioned, the actual clip is far too small for the d-ring on my puppy's harness. Many really small dogs have to connect their leashes to harnesses rather than collars, and several harnesses use a dual d-ring system for increased security. The clip on this leash will not accommodate two d-rings.
Leash for dog
I like the actual leash but even tho my dog is small he likes to pull and I don't trust the hook to be secure enough.
perfect for tiny puppies
I have two of these which I have been using daily for about 15 years. They are perfect for small breed puppies. They are lightweight.
Very thin lease
I am not that happy with this lease, I should have returned it, it is very thin, does not seem strong enough. Slips off my hand very easily.
Snap is too small
I like the easy snap idea of this leash. The problem is that it is too small to hook on to the D ring on my puppies Top Paw collar I would buy again if they make the easy snap larger
Perfect for small dog!
I love this leash for my chihuahua, 7 pounds. Very thin and lightweight which is amazing for toy breeds and is what this leash is intended for! I could never even get my pup to move with a standard leash, the metal clip was far too heavy and bulky. This leash is perfect!
EXCELLENT for tiny pups
These leashes are the best for very tiny breed and delicate puppies like chihuahuas. They work for adult chihuahuas as well (up to 6 lbs). I saw a review with a bad rating from someone with a mastiff pup...this is not meant for large breeds! Purchasing the wrong product for your breed does not make it a bad or cheap product. The Lil Pals brand is PERFECT for tiny breeds.
Very thin very cheap feeling
If you dont have a toy dog or very small pup this is not for you. My 8 week old mastiff puppy popped the clip instantly thankfully he was too little to take off
