Ingredients
Water, Alpha Olefin Sulfonate, Coco-Glucoside, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium C14-C16 Olefin Sulfonate, Sodium Chloride, Glycol Monostearate, Laureth-7, Polyquaternium-10, Panthenol, Aloe Vera Gel, Fragrance, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, D&C Violet #2, FD&C Blue #1, Citric Acid.
Instructions
- Wet pet's coat completely with warm water.
- Dispense a generous amount of shampoo into the palm of hand and thoroughly massage into pet's coat beginning at the head and working back towards the tail.
- Avoid getting into eyes.
- Rinse completely.
- Repeat as necessary.

All 6 of us [Mom & Dad; 2 kitties and 2 very hairy dogs] love this shampoo. It's got a nice, light aroma that is not overwhelming or "medicinal" smelling or too fruity. It's a high-quality shampoo that is concentrated so we didn't have to use much and it's easy to rince. It is purple in color so has a whitening/brightening effect which is great since both of our dogs have a good bit of white on them. One of our dogs is double coated and the other is a triple coated french hound. In addition, they are farm dogs in Florida so they are in and out of dirt. The silkiness on their coats really helps keep the dirt down and makes their daily brushing quicker and easier. The price is a good value. This bottle will last us a while. Using this higher quality, silkening shampoo cuts down on having the dogs professionally groomed as well. I recommend it highly.

I would recommend that you change the color or let people know that the shampoo is purple, it doesn't stain anything which is great, but when my precious pup gets wet and shakes, everything is purple. Again, it washes out quickly, so no problems with clean up. Her coat was so soft, she smelled so good. Great Product.
Makes some bright and shiny pups!
I got this for my cream colored golden retriever knowing it should make his coat look whiter. Since he loves playing outside, his coat can get a yellow look to it

Since he loves playing outside, his coat can get a yellow look to it and yes, sometimes grass stains come with that too. It has the most wonderful suds. You only need a little bit. You don’t have to keep adding more product like some other shampoos I have used. Did I mention it smells amazing too?!? I also used it on my German shepherd not thinking it would make a difference with her but holy cow did it ever! Both of their coats are so bright and shiny and clean! They are so soft too. The scent didn’t last as long as I would like, but they are very active dogs and love to take long walks and play outside.

I love my dog, but she's a filthy mess. When she isn't in the litterbox searching for cat poop, she's rolling in something in the yard. Her face has a lot of white fur and is very hard to keep clean. We've tried a lot of shampoos and generally found that it requires a significant amount to work up ample lather, so we were very pleased to find that it didn't require a lot of Lillian Ruff for a good sudsy bath. The shampoo is especially creamy and a very pretty and bizarre purple color. Initially, I didn't like that the shampoo has color added to it. However, while giving Poppy a bath we quickly discovered that the color serves a very useful purpose because we were able to see exactly how much shampoo we were applying, something that is impossible to do with clear shampoos. Lillian Ruff smells very nice, the dog tolerated her bath, her fur feels super soft, and we are all pleased. 5 stars all-around.

My dog is (mostly) Maltese, so she grows hair very quickly and it gets more blonde the longer it is. I was excited to see that this shampoo was purple, so it will help get rid of the brassiness in her fur while cleaning her. Although her fur doesn't seem much lighter, it was gentle and she was left soft and fluffy afterwards.

We have not tried it on the cats yet, but we are glad to know it will work for them too if we ever need it.
