Instructions
Lay your dog on their side and remove visible fluids and debris from their ear with cotton balls or tissue. Twist open the cap on your Lillian Ruff bottle, and slowly pour the solution into their ear canal. Continue until their ear canal is full. If your dog won’t stay still, try soaking a cotton ball and squeezing it in. Gently massage the base of your dog’s ear for 60-90 seconds to help the solution soak in. Repeat As Needed. Give your dog a reward - they did so good! Let them shake as much as they need to, or you can dry their ear with a clean cotton pad.

I’ve been using Lillian Ruff Dog Ear Cleaner on my 60lb adult white bull terrier, and it’s made a huge difference! The gentle, non-stinging formula keeps his ears clean without any irritation — even though he’s prone to scratching and redness. I love that it has a pleasant lavender and coconut scent, so his ears smell fresh instead of like chemicals. It’s also effective at removing wax and buildup without leaving any greasy residue. The easy-pour bottle makes cleaning quick and mess-free. Definitely my go-to ear cleaner from now on that we will be adding to his routine to help prevent any waxy buildup and ear issues. Not to mention I am pleased with ingredients.

When I opened this product I loved the scent. I was excited to use this as it said “wax dissolving” on the label. The bottle was a squirt bottle like all the other ear cleansers I have used in the past. However I used it one time and the screw cap broke off. I think I would have really liked this if the bottle integrity was better.

The Lillian Ruff Ear Cleaner & Otic Wax Solvent is a convenient way to quickly clean your dogs ears--I used it on my golden retriever and it worked well. He had minimal buildup and it cleaned it up completely. It has a pleasant smell to it (I don't think the dog cared much!) and the nozzle was easily adjustable for flow. My pictures that I took aren't too good as my dog doesn't hold still for photos...:(

I usually use the stuff from the vets office but would not have a problem using this instead. I like it is all natural and has a pleasant scent as my canine daughter hates getting her ears cleaned.

I have only used this once since I just received it yesterday. The bottle top wasn’t sealed properly so I lost half of it in shipping. I used it on my Great Pyrenees

Cleaning her ears happens every 3 days anyway so it was nice to get this wash and give it a go. It worked really well and smells great. When it’s time for more wash, this will be the go to wash.
