I have owned chickens for six years. I have tried every poultry waterer known to man. This by far is a game changer. I bought two of them for a flock of 60 which is ample watering capacity.The reason I hooked up is in case one failed while we were gone. The only issue is sometimes they get bumped and you have to recalibratethe water, which is really easy. It’s super helpful to watch YouTube videos for installation. My husband did it in an hour. It has literally cut back on my chore time by 30 minutes or more a day.

I have used this same item for many years. I bought a new one and the valve leaks in two places. I fixed one leak by taking it apart and adding Teflon tape to a threaded part. The other leak is a small leak at the valve which makes it so it never fully shuts off. It takes a special slotted tool to take that end of it apart. Maybe something just needs to be tightened. I have the tool, so I plan to work on it when I have time. But I see a number of people complain about the leaks, so it’s something the company should look into.

Nothing to weigh this object down to keep it from tipping over when the hose is attached. Then the gasket broke. And it didn’t fit my normally-sized hose anyway

could not stop the Leaking
I order 2 just incase the first on didn't work. After installing The first on I could not adjust the spring to make the water stop. installed the 2nd and only worked

Leaky, won’t work
We installed a pressure reducer, tried all levels of drip on the adjuster spring, and made sure it is hanging levelly. It leaks. It doesn’t shut off due to gravity
