Received wrong item TWICE.

I would not suggest ordering this, as I received the wrong item twice. The first time they sent a free replacement, which came as the same wrong item I received

I would not suggest ordering this, as I received the wrong item twice. The first time they sent a free replacement, which came as the same wrong item I received the first time. The second wrong item they offered me to mail it back for a refund or second replacement. I declined, as a $4 item is not worth my time and effort to drive somewhere with a printer and then drive to a FedEx location. Severely disappointed in the customer service for this item. Very out of character for chewy I must say.

I ordered 13 and received the wrong item. Called and they were reordered. Once again, got the wrong item. Called and again and was told a note was added to the

I ordered 13 and received the wrong item. Called and they were reordered. Once again, got the wrong item. Called and again and was told a note was added to the order saying to double check the right item was sent. For the third time I received the wrong item. I cancelled the order and still need to find the correct item somewhere else.
