Incompatible

Incompatible with my incubator model 11300, the instructions that come with the heater says it is compatible. Finally got it plugged in and it immediately burnt

Incompatible with my incubator model 11300, the instructions that come with the heater says it is compatible. Finally got it plugged in and it immediately burnt out my digital controller. That was on and working moments before. Incredibly frustrating. Had to go buy a entire new incubator to hopefully save my hatch. Hopefully this was a one off. My original incubator was only used four times before I had to replace parts and then the whole thing.
