I recently ordered a buffalo horn for my pet from Chewy's website. However, when I received the product, I noticed that the tip of the horn had been cut off. I was extremely disappointed that I didn't receive a full buffalo horn as I had expected. I understand that the company may have its own reasons for doing this, but I was not informed beforehand and felt like I was misled. I contacted Chewy's customer service and was told that they could not offer a replacement or refund. This further added to my frustration, as I feel like I received a product that was not as described on their website. I was hoping for a full buffalo horn to provide my pet with a natural and durable chew toy, but instead, I received a subpar product that did not meet my expectations. Overall, I'm very disappointed with my experience with Chewy. I would not recommend their products to others based on my experience
