If fed solely, feed one Livelong Healthy & Strong Beef + Sweet Potato a 12.5-oz can a day for every 20 lbs of body weight. Adjust as needed for your dog’s age & activity and to mantain healthy body condition.
Start by mixing 25% of Livelong with your dog’s previous food, and gradually increase the proportion of Livelong over the next 14 days.

Lexi is my 9.5 lb tan, female Chihuahua; she is 10 years old as of June ‘25 and has had a “Cherry eye” all her life. It does not bother her and we didn’t want to remove a valuable tear duct gland. I’m transitioning her to LiveLong canned food. She’s a very picky eater when it comes to canned dog food and so far she’s not sure if she likes it a lot. She’s eating it but leaves a little more than 1/4 of her serving each meal…. I love that it is balanced nutrition and I like the smell, smells more like table food than canned mush….

Upon opening the can. My dog started jumping. It was gone super fast and has clear instructions for how long it can sit in the fridge. Marked it down because it made my dog gassy! Maybe his tummy will get used to it, but he’s known for a sensitive stomach

The texture is hearty without being too mushy, and you can actually see the sweet potato and pea pieces. It doesn’t have that strong canned-food smell either, which I appreciated. After a week on it, my dog’s stomach handled it great. It’s a solid option if you want something that feels a bit more “real food” than typical canned meals. They kept going back and licking their empty bowls.

We received this dog food recently as one of our dogs has become increasingly picky at dinner time. She is older with some health issues that make her more picky than usual. While we had tried other, similar foods, this one she dug into right away nearly every time! The food itself comes in a can and is easy to dispense. The serving size is easy to figure out as well and this food can be used for any size dog. Leftovers can be covered and kept in the refrigerator for use at the next meal. The food smelled better than most dog foods and doesn't leave a mess. The ingredients also seem better than a lot of dog food options too, which we like. Both of our dogs really enjoyed it and we will likely be buying more in the future. We would recommend this product.

As a dog mom, I am glad they love the taste, but more important to me is that it is made with high-quality real beef and organic vegetables for optimal nutrition. I also like that it contains no preservatives or artificial flavors and is high in meat inclusions, with added vitamins. I mean - high-quality real beef, organic sweet potatoes, peas, and carrots - yum! I would eat that!

The Livelong Beef Sweet Potato canned dog food is an absolute hit with our GSD. It has a pleasant smell, comes out of the can very readily, and mixes well with her dry kibble. At serving, she ate her entire mixed bowl and licked it clean! As she gets older, she is somewhat picky but showed zero hesitation in enjoying her first of bowl as well as aubsequent servings. We will get this product for her again.
