Feeding Instructions
If fed solely, feed one Livelong Healthy & Strong Dog Food 12.5 oz can a day for every 20 lbs. of body weight. Adjust as needed for your dog's age & activity and to maintain healthy body condition. Puppies/pregnant/nursing dogs may require 2-3 times the above amounts. Reduce for less active/older dogs.
Start by mixing 25% of LIVELONG with your dog's old food, and gradually increase the proportion of LIVELONG over the next 14 days.

I was kind of nervous since all three of my dogs, 2- Twp year old brother and sister Maltipoos, and a 5 month old Maltese who happens to be their half sister, can be kind of picky, Esther two older ones. At first, they really weren’t too interested. The second day, and every day since, all 3 have just gobbled it down! Even the baby is just loving it! I’m very surprised, and impressed that all three of them really like it! Would definitely think of switching in the future! Thank You Chewy!

And, this product is made in the US which is a nice bonus. My dog is super picky when it comes to wet food. And, he is spoiled and used to raw food which is just too expensive. I give him Livelong Chicken and Sweet Potato and add just a wee bit of wet freeze dried food and he is in heaven and gobbles it up. We are very happy with this product.

The can itself has A LOT going on - it's a visual overload. I thought it was impressive that everything is provided in both English and Spanish. I appreciated the pop top, for easy access. I prefer canned dog food that just slips out into the bowl and doesn't require a utensil to remove it. Unfortunately, this is one of those that requires a utensil, so that was a downfall. But the consistency of the dog food looked legit and my 3 1/2 year old black lab was drooling to try it. I placed it on top of his dry food and he ate every bit of the wet food (and left the dry food), which I believe is very telling of his enjoyment! The biggest plus is that introducing new food to our pup usually causes digestive bowel issues, but this food did not cause any problems at all! Win!!

I have two large dogs that love this product. My problem is serving size is one can per every 20 lbs, which makes this product cost prohibitive for my dogs (75 & 80 lbs). I have been using it as a topper for their kibble and they do love it. This food did not affect their bathroom habits so seemed easily digestible with the way I served it.

It doesn't have an overwhelming smell as do some dog foods. My dog enjoys the flavor so much, he licks his dish clean! The can states that the food is made in the USA. It doesn't state from where the ingredients are sourced.

The font was extremely small because everything was in a couple of different languages. It was very difficult to read. It also wasn’t very attractive.
