I feed this canned food to my dog in the mornings and she absolutely loves it. The texture of the food is ground up with chunks of sweet potato. The smell is fresh and not too fishy which is nice. The first ingredient is trout and it’s made up of 90% trout! These are easy to open cans with the pull tab. I feel confident that this product is a healthy choice for my dog. She can have a sensitive stomach sometimes and this has been digested perfectly. I would recommend this product!

Both my dogs loved this food. My girl licked her bowl for quite awhile after it was gone. It is a loaf, but it is soft and has a good amount of moisture. It easily breaks apart and mixes well with dry food. It would make a great topper. It has healthy ingredients which is important to me. My dogs have alot of allergies and stomach issues. This food did not aggravate their allergies or stomaches. It is 90% fish. But, it does not smell horrible like some other fish based foods. I will definitely purchase this food for them in the future.

I typically do not order canned food because I haven’t had good luck in the past; however, I decided to take a chance on this food because I’m always looking for dog food with fish as main protein and this order was part of a Chewy product promotion. This is a high protein, limited ingredient food. Two factors that are important to me when choosing her food. It’s also good to get another manufacturer’s vitamin mix into her food rotation. I also like this food because it looks appetizing. You can see little bits of vegetables in the mix. It also smells like actual food—greatly appreciated at 6:00am when I open a can. Most important, she loves it and it seems to agree with her. She tolerated it with first can—no passing gas and smelling her butt. Overall, a great canned dog food.

We received a delivery of the Livelong trout and sweet potato wet dog food just last week and my dog has become obsessed. She literally turns her nose up at anything else! She even "smiles" when presented a bowl of food that doesn't include a nice big scoop of the Livelong wet food. We've tried many other wet foods on her, and though she was fine with them, she never had this reaction. We will be buying this from now on...
