Not a good photo or description

I purposely bought this because when I saw the picture it looked like the kind of spout I have been looking for. But when I received it the spout has a metal ball

I purposely bought this because when I saw the picture it looked like the kind of spout I have been looking for. But when I received it the spout has a metal ball inside just like all the others. There is one kind of water bottle that makes no noise but I would have to purchase a whole critter cage to get it. I’m not returning this either because by the time I pay for it to be returned my total cost of shipping will be more than the product is worth.
