This is a valve bottle, it is very important your pet is trained to use it before removing other water source. To assist in training, you can put strawberry jam, honey or peanut butter on the lever end to encourage pet to lick. Hand wash weekly, a bottle brush is recommended to clean grooves. Weekly unscrew drinking nozzle and pressing lever side to side run a stream of water through to remove any build up. When mounting bottle make sure bottle sides are not touching cage as some pets will reach through and chew on the bottle.

Adequate but flawed
By Mike on Feb 21, 2021
Works as advertised, but the numbering easily rubs away (don't even have to wash it for it to rub away). Recommend buying two, if you use this product, so you have one to compare the volume to, or at least as a spare, but don't become dependent on it showing the numbers as they don't last.

Package Arrived Open
By J2ld1 on Feb 26, 2021
Package arrived open, but items don't appear to be used or damaged. They'll work well enough for what I need, giving my older cat some powdered meds mixed in with water.

Syringes work ok
By Pywacket on Jan 14, 2021
Need these for liquid meds. The plunger one works good but will get stuck after washing so make sure to pull open. Dropper works great but both have the problem of markings washing off. They need to be embedded into the plastic. The meds I use is oily and they wash right off

what good is it with no numbers
By Awful on Feb 17, 2021
I bought this to measure out fish oil for my dogs. After a couple uses the numbers wiped off and I had only used water to clean it! What good is it without the numbers !

Poor service
By Cole on Jan 2, 2021
Not sure why I was sent one that was already open. I can’t comment on the quality of the product, but with this being my first order from Chewy I’m not that pleased. Not sure if I’ll be using them and doubt I’ll pay to ship it back since it wasn’t that expensive.

works perfectly
By Susan on Jan 10, 2021
I got this packet for my elderly sick dog. I only used the syringe so that I could give her water orally. The syringe is marked for 10 mL or cc's but it will hold a little more. It slid easily and worked well

Don't buy this
By catmom on Dec 13, 2020
Don't waste your money. This oral syringe does not work at all. It won't even suck up the fluids. It's garbage.

Measurements Wore Off Quickly
By Tara on Aug 16, 2020
I bought mainly for the syringe to use with the hairball remedy I give my cats. Hairball remedy is oily. After I used and washed the syringe once, all the measurements printed on it came off. I think it was probably from the oil in the remedy, but many cat remedies and medications have fish oil or some thing fatty and tasty in them so that cats will take it. The plunger still works fine, and I have written the measurements on the side in permanent marker. But when it’s time for me to buy a syringe again, I’ll look for something else.

Syringe is hard to press and pull
By Tricia on Jun 19, 2020
The dropper is fine. The syringe not so great. The rubber is hard to get in without a hard push.and hard to pull when drawing the liquid. I’ve used many before so I know it shouldn’t like this. I think mine was defective.
