Reproduction: Provide increasing amounts of food the latter half of gestation. The amount may be twice normal intake. Feed to consumption during Lactation.
Growth: Introduce wet food around the 5th week of age and provide as much food as puppies will consume from weaning till full grown. Always provide a source of clean fresh water.
Gradually transition your pet to any new food over the course of 7-14 days to help avoid the digestive upset that abrupt changes in diet can cause. If your pet tends to be on the sensitive side, it may be best to take a little extra time.
Start by feeding your pet a mix of 25% new food and 75% old food for the first few days.
Then, increase the amount of new food to about 50% and feed that half-and-half mix for a few days.
Proceed to feeding 75% new food/25% old food for the next few days.
Complete the transition by feeding just the new food on its own.

All of my dogs go crazy for it, but I specifically bought it for my 3.2lb maltipoo who is super picky. This is the one thing I can add to her kibble and know for sure she’ll eat it.

On the other hand my golden doodle absolutely loves it. Lol lol. I guess I just hold my breath when I open it. My vet recommended this as one of the more healthy brands. Because of the smell I gave it 4 stars.

My boys (2 cotons/ 1 havanese) are finiky eaters. Each have very specific likes and dislikes plus two of them have sensitive tummies which means finding the right food and getting them to eat is always stressful. I had to change their diet after a scary tummy upset and that’s when I came across this brand and dog food. I didn’t know what to expect so I gave them a little bit to see and on first try all three gobbled it down. It was a such a joy to watch them eat it I am over the moon with it and that’s why I’m writing a review. Not only did they liked it, they have continued to like it. Besides this I like that it is tripe and it fits my budget. The tripe smells like it should, looks pleasant enough and the consistency is ground tight. I feed lotus oven baked turkey in the morning (excellent as well) and in the evening I mix the tripe with the turkey kibble, a tad of water, a sprinkle of Halo probiotic and a sprinkle of Plaque Off. Bowls are licked clean. I am happy because I can see the difference in their playfuness, happiness and comfort. This food satisfies them. Overall, excellent ingredients, great nutritional value and my boys love it so it’s a win for me. Last, thank you chewy for your warm customer service, product pet parent friendly policies and support for animal shelters. Oh and for your fast shipping as well (just when I thought I had no food to feed my boys my chewy order came in). Thank you.
