Over a four month period, one of our four cats went from occasionally throwing up, to throwing up every day. He pretty much could not keep anything down. I was frantic, trying to find something he could eat. Even his regular food (I give him both wet and dry) didn't agree with him. He would eat his favorite freeze dried chicken breast treats and they would immediately come back up. Then I came upon Love, Nala's single protein meals and incredibly, he was able to keep them down. Yes, they look watery and unappetizing, but he practically inhaled them. They didn't come back up and his previously soft bm's also started to form. Fast forward 2 months and multiple tests plus medication. But he's putting the weight that he lost back on, and hasn't thrown up in months. What I want to say is that if it weren't for Love, Nala's single protein meals, I don't know what I would have fed him or what he could have kept down, because he wouldn't touch novel proteins. What he wasn't familiar with, he wouldn't touch. Love, Nala's single proteins got us through that rough spot.

These cans are small and most of the product seems like it's mostly water (broth), but my picky senior cat loves JUST the broth and will often consume all of liquid, leaving the flakes behind. It's expensive, but I have to keep ordering it because its one of the few things she'll actually eat.

I agree that my cat is finicky, but this wet food doesn't look good to me either. My kitty didn't even try to sniff White Fish variety, tried a bit of Chicken from the first can but on a second one gave me her definite "NO". It's mostly some murky liquid plus a bit of something that looks like chicken or fish. At the bottom of the can this mass has weird gray color as if the can had oxidized it. The smell is quite artificial also. I mostly feed my cat homemade food of minced whole chicken but I wanted to add some essential vitamins and minerals. That's why I decided to try Nala. Well, it did not work for us. To be completely honest, I should add that the feral cats that I feed eat this. But they don't have a choice.

My cat loves the Love Nala brand blue box, so we thought we’d give this a try. I was disappointed by the lack of meat in the cans. It is very heavy on the broth

My cat loves the Love Nala brand blue box, so we thought we’d give this a try. I was disappointed by the lack of meat in the cans. It is very heavy on the broth. My cat did not particularly care for of the flavors. The broth is a gray color in most of the cans, and does not smell super great. Very disappointed by this purchase.

My cat is a fan

My ragdoll cat was eating wet food from wellness prior to this but I could tell he was starting to get tired of the food because he wouldn’t finish a lot of it

My ragdoll cat was eating wet food from wellness prior to this but I could tell he was starting to get tired of the food because he wouldn’t finish a lot of it. We got this nala food because we heard good things from our friend. It has real meat and lots of broth which is great to keep him hydrated. More importantly, he goes bonkers for this and finishes the entire can in one sitting! He won’t even touch his wellness food anymore without me adding extra treats on top. Needless to say, my cat (and dog who licks the can clean) is a fan of nala wet food!

I’ve tried so many different foods for my cat, and this is one of the only ones that hasn’t upset her stomach. She has a really sensitive system, so I have to be

I’ve tried so many different foods for my cat, and this is one of the only ones that hasn’t upset her stomach. She has a really sensitive system, so I have to be careful about ingredients. The fact that this variety pack uses single proteins makes a big difference. She actually eats all the flavors, which never happens, and I’ve noticed she seems more comfortable after meals. No more throwing up or bathroom issues. I also feel good knowing exactly what is in each recipe. If your cat has a sensitive tummy or you are just trying to keep things simple, this is definitely worth a try. It does have a lot of broth which is great for hydration.
