Clips on the leash handle well. Lightweight, so it doesn't get in the way or hurt your hand if you bump it. Holds a standard roll of bags, or folded up bags. The

Clips on the leash handle well. Lightweight, so it doesn't get in the way or hurt your hand if you bump it. Holds a standard roll of bags, or folded up bags. The rolled bags dispense easily through the opening and the zipper is easy to maneuver if you need to reach in for a folded bag (which I sometimes use if I run out of rolled bags). The graphic design is whimsical and pleasant to look at and, surprisingly, has gotten a few compliments. A little spendy for what it is, but well-worth it.
