Mack's Natural Reptile Food Hopper Mice Frozen Reptile Food, 25 count

It arrived in a small styrofoam cooler which was great but it stopped being great when I opened it. The small feeder mice where under a thin brown wax paper. Then on top of brown paper there were small bags of dry ice. I had to move it to get to the mice. The problem with this was that none of the bags of dry ice were sealed, so it all was loose in the cooler. You're not suppose to touch the stuff cause of how cold dry ice is it could cause damage to your skin. I wore gloves but could still feel how cold through them. Not to have those bags sealed was stupid. You never know who will be opening package. Then I got the mice out and one package was open. the mouse was just in the bigger bag with the smaller packages of mice. Then as I was counting them,. To make sure the rest was there , there was a bag that was sealed up with no mouse inside. So in short I was down 2 mice and the packaging of dry ice was just harmful. I will NEVER use this company( the ones that.sell the mice not chewy) again to get my mice. i can't trust it. it definitely was not a good experience.

It was difficult for me to ascertain the size of the mice before I ordered them. The mice that arrived were properly packaged, and still frozen, but they were smaller than expected.. The seller should do a better job of explaining in detail the size of the product so that you can make an informed purchase. That being said, I got the amount that I ordered, and they did arrive Frozen and in good condition
