Chewy is awesome, but Mack's is not. Don't buy these!

They are packed and marked as 20g Rat Pups. These are 11g pinkies. Chewy tried to make it right and sent me another order, but they are exactly the same. I had to

They are packed and marked as 20g Rat Pups. These are 11g pinkies. Chewy tried to make it right and sent me another order, but they are exactly the same. I had to feed my guy 2 to fill him up. I've left a voicemail at Mack's, we'll see if they make it right.

On the small side, too small

1st off Chewy's customer service is fantastic. Went from live rats to frozen rats for my Ball. It can be difficult finding live rats at times. So switched to Frozen

1st off Chewy's customer service is fantastic. Went from live rats to frozen rats for my Ball. It can be difficult finding live rats at times. So switched to Frozen. Went by the chart but these pups are really small. I understand the higher price for frozen but probably will need to feed her 2x a week with the small size of these.

They were okay

The first order we got was amazing! Good sized pups, not a lot of breakage. The second order, the pups are very very tiny. So much so that I am feeding 2x week instead
