Only receive half of them
When my mealworms arrived, many of them were slithering out of the box. Many of them were in every crevice of the box because they are not put in anything other
When my mealworms arrived, many of them were slithering out of the box. Many of them were in every crevice of the box because they are not put in anything other than crinkled up paper. It was such a pain getting all the mealworms into the enclosure. I’m guessing the other half of them is with the mail person taking a joy ride. They should be put in a breathable bag or container. Other than this issue, they arrived about a week after I ordered them and the half I did receive look healthy.
Worms were great, packaging wasn’t.

It arrived pretty quick, which I was happy about. I have a jumping spider, and he loves mealworms. The only problem was that when the package arrived, it was completely infested with ants. They had eaten several of the worms. Thankfully I was able to clean out the container and save the ones still intact for food, but it was still a hassle to deal with and clean up. I don’t think this is the seller’s issue though, it could’ve happened in transit. I’m not sure. But I still have a decent amount of worms, so I’m happy.

They came quickly which was nice, but theres a significant amount of dead/dying mealworms, I'd say at least a quarter of them. The packaging that they came in was also very difficult to manage, they were essentially loose in a box with mesh on 2 sides and I ended up losing some that had crawled in between layers of cardboard when I opened the box. It's a great price for the amount that you get and I wouldn't say that I necessarily regret buying them, but the hassle, and mortality of the bugs, was unexpected.
