We’ve purchased three of these MAD CAT kitty carrot toys over the years for our cats Bandit and Miss Hissy Fit, and they are hands down their favorite toys. Both cats go absolutely crazy for them - licking, biting, pouncing, and even snuggling with them. The catnip is clearly a hit and keeps them engaged. The only reason we’ve had to replace them about once a year is that our cats love them so much they destroy them. They rip out the feathers over time and chew on them until they get pretty disgusting. But honestly, that’s a testament to how much our cats enjoy these toys. A toy that gets used this much is worth replacing. For the price and the amount of entertainment our cats get, these are absolutely worth it. Highly recommend for any cat that loves catnip and interactive play!

I always call my cats “ the poor little rich cats”. Reason being, they have easily 100 catnip toys and hundreds of dollars in remote control toys. They have several toy baskets around the house and no matter how long they may dig for a toy, they “ALWAYS”.come up with a dirty old carrot. I thought about washing their carrots, but that would wash the catnip out. I just purchased more carrots for their Christmas gifts. On Christmas Eve l’m going to toss out all of their old carrots and hide the new ones on their new cat tree that Santa is also.going to bring for them. Just counted the old carrots, 16, all very used and enjoyed.

I have never had cats in my life, and I see hilarious videos on social media that are hysterical UNTIL it wasn’t so funny anymore. The cat ate the feathers that were representing “carrot leaves” on the toy. I lost my mind with worry. I do not know the outcome on whether she can pass the feathers or not. My friends are keeping a close eye to decide to go to emergency vet (that I will pay for). I am not trying to be that one person who knocks down a five star rating, just a concerned consumer that doesn’t want this to happen to someone else’s kitty.
