I wanted so much to like this leash but sadly it’s a no go for my pup. Its rope leash style burns your hand when your pup pulls or it slips in your hand. The clip

I wanted so much to like this leash but sadly it’s a no go for my pup. Its rope leash style burns your hand when your pup pulls or it slips in your hand. The clip is too small to be sturdy enough. I would be afraid it would break while walking my pup. The loop feature basically chokes my pup and she hated it and started biting at the rope. The way my pup chews, she’s a super chewer, she would chew through it quickly. On a positive note, the mad dog logo/decal is cute and the pink color of the leash is a really pretty.

This leash seems sturdy as long as your dog is not a heavy puller. I was surprised that the leash did not come with instructions. Being that this was the first time using a slip collar I would have felt more comfortable double checking instructions. The pink color is vibrant and I am looking forward to using the leash.

Wonderful leash, but not for training.

I really like the feel of this leash as well as the sturdiness of it. It is much nicer than a flat leash. I don’t think it’s the best for training purposes, though
