I wanted to get my cats in the Halloween spirit but my older one hates shirts and costumes. This was a great alternative and makes him look so handsome and distinguished

Deceiving, you only get the bow

For 13 bucks, I expected a bow and a collar. I didn't realize until I received it you had to purchase that separately.
